Created by Zumba and Baby First, the Zumbini program combines music, dance and educational tools for 45 minutes of can’t-stop, won’t-stop bonding, learning, and fun!  This program focuses on emotional and social development, balance and rhythm, stimulating cognitive skills and ultimately strengthening the bond with your child.

An introduction to theatre and all that it takes to put on a play! Students will help write a show complete with costumes and simple set pieces. There is a small performance at the end of the session where the students can share what they have learned with friends and family.

Focusing on storytelling, imagination and play, this class will teach ballet basics with an emphasis on fun and creativity. Technique, play, performance and expression mingle together perfectly to create a positive and energetic learning environment. Please dress in something you can move in. Tutu’s and ballet slippers are not required (they are more than welcome) but please no socks.

Participants will learn the coolest moves of today and get to showcase their own unique style! The basics of several urban dance styles will be introduced and dancers will get to be funky and build confidence while learning a short routine to showcase on the final class. Time for some self-care and down-time! This Yin & Restorative class will release tension primarily in the hips and connective tissue (Yin Yoga) followed by yoga postures that promote deep relaxation and prepare you for a peaceful sleep (Restorative Yoga). The whole practice is done seated or lying on the back. All levels of yogis are welcome, from newbie to advanced. Please wear warm and comfortable clothing including socks. Suggested props: blocks, bolsters, blankets, straps….but if you don’t have “yoga props” anything from home will be just fine: a pillow, a towel, and blanket. We want you to be super comfortable during this practice and props can help with that.

Caregivers are invited to explore how relationships, play and everyday experiences positively impact in a child's development. This informal conversation café brings people together to share experiences, local resources, and the newest research about the early years.
