We’re excited to welcome your group to Chappelle Gardens this summer for a splash park adventure! To help make your visit smooth and enjoyable, we’ve updated our booking process, policies, and timelines for July and August 2026.
Here’s what you need to know:
📅 Booking Availability
Our splash park is open for weekday bookings between 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM during July and August.
You can request:
- A 90-minute booking
- A 3-hour booking
- Or a combination of these
Flexible start times allow you to choose the best fit for your group’s schedule!
💵 Rental Pricing (Per 3-Hour Visit)
Pricing is based on group size, and are based on a 3-hour session:

➕ Additional Children:
You may add up to 10 extra children beyond your tier for $3 per child, if your group size slightly exceeds the maximum.
Example: A group of 33 children can book the 1–30 tier and add 3 children for an additional $9.
This must be confirmed at the time of booking to ensure appropriate staffing and supplies.
🛎️ How to Book
- Complete the online booking request form.
- Wait for an email reply from our Events Coordinator with your provisional booking details.
- Submit the following within 48 hours to finalize your booking:
- Rental Agreement & Waiver
- Damage Deposit Form
- Payment (credit card, cheque, or invoice)
- Estimated guest count (children and staff)
- One week before your visit, send us your final numbers.
- Arrive onsite, check in at the front desk, and prepare to splash and play!
🍿Rental Enhancements & Snack Shack
Enhance your visit with our optional Rental Enhancement Packages, perfect for extending play and keeping students engaged.
During your visit, students can also enjoy a treat from our Snack Shack program, which offers a selection of popular items.
Important notes:
- Snack Shack orders must be pre-submitted
- On-site or same-day Snack Shack requests cannot be accommodated
- Orders must be finalized in advance to ensure availability
Details on available enhancement packages and Snack Shack options will be provided during the booking process.
To help us serve your group efficiently and ensure adequate stock, schools are strongly encouraged to pre-order snacks. A pre-order form will be sent with your booking confirmation. Payment is accepted in advance or day of the event by one transaction paid with cash, credit or debit card.
Please note: We are unable to accommodate allergies or dietary restrictions at this time. If this affects any students in your group, we recommend bringing their own snacks from home. Please note: glass is not permitted in the park. Ensure any snacks or drinks brought from home are not in glass containers.
🛑 Important Notes
- You may book more than one time slot per day, but we cannot exceed 150 children total on site at one time.
- All groups must vacate promptly at the end of their time slot to allow for changeover. A late fee of $50 per 15 minutes will apply if your group overstays.
- Bookings are weather-dependent and may be rescheduled in the event of poor conditions.
- Full payment is required within 48 hours of receiving your invoice to secure your spot.
