2026 New Construction :
- Stage 96 is under construction, this is the most western stage in Chappelle Gardens and features 53 estate lots. Stage features enhanced fencing with a masonry wall, and will also construct the Top of Bank (TOB) trail and park. Features ravine backing lots.
- Stage 90 is under construction, between stages 83 and 84, and is 101 lots. Includes lots backing the greenway. Will include an MR/pocket park off Chappelle Drive which will be constructed in 2027.
- Stages 83/84 boulevard landscaping is underway.
- Shared use path along Heritage Valley Trail has been completed; landscaping to follow.
- Ellerslie bridge deck was poured and road construction is ongoing; new bridge scheduled to open by the end of the year.
