This is our premium room with 3 large windows facing the beautiful park and pergolas. This is an ideal space for any party, baby shower or large meeting. The "Edmonton Dream Living Room" has a lot of natural sunlight, access to the lobby, and nearby washrooms creating a cozy and welcoming environment.

We’re excited to introduce the Chappelle Gardens Gazebo, featuring two picnic tables and situated conveniently near the spray park. The gazebo offers enhanced privacy, making it an ideal rental space for family gatherings and intimate events.

There are two pergolas with sturdy wooden picnic tables underneath, available to rent. Each booking includes two out of four picnic tables, perfect for summer birthday parties and get togethers.
