Room rentals exceeding 8 hours qualify for a 15% discount A staffing fee of $50.00 per hour will apply for all rentals that are booked past 9:00 pm in addition to the room rental rates. Please Note: Due to liability and insurance restrictions, outside bouncy houses are not permitted. Bouncy castle rentals are strongly discouraged in the Edmonton Dream Living Room and may not be available due to space limitations. We recommend renting the Chappelle Veterinary Room as an alternative if you'd like your event to include a bouncy castle rental.The "Edmonton Dream Living Room" is a perfect place to hold your next small meeting or gathering. This is our premium room with 3 large windows facing the beautiful park and pergolas. This is an ideal space for any party, baby shower or group meeting. The "Edmonton Dream Living Room" has a lot of natural sunlight, access to the lobby, and nearby washrooms creating a cozy and welcoming environment.

We’re excited to introduce the Chappelle Gardens Gazebo, featuring two picnic tables and situated conveniently near the spray park. The gazebo offers enhanced privacy, making it an ideal rental space for family gatherings and intimate events.

There are two pergolas with sturdy wooden picnic tables underneath, available to rent. Each booking includes two out of four picnic tables, perfect for summer birthday parties and get togethers.
