Join the Zoomers Club for a hands-on exploration of the world of spices!
At The Spice Lab, you’ll smell, crush, taste and experiment with a variety of familiar and lesser-known spices while discovering how different flavours work together. Compare whole and ground spices, try unexpected combinations, and learn simple ways to build balanced blends for everyday cooking.
Then put what you’ve discovered to work at our Blend Bar, where you’ll create your own custom spice blend to bottle and take home.
No cooking experience or spice knowledge needed. Just bring your curiosity and be ready to experiment!
