Duties Supervisors are responsible for the day-to-day administrative, customer experience, front-end, facility, and operational support requirements of CGRA. The position is a key point of contact for residents, guests, and Front-End Team members and provides coordination between departments to ensure operations are safe, organized, responsive, and welcoming.

This role combines administrative leadership, resident onboarding, team support, facility monitoring, safety oversight, inventory, customer-service response, communications, and support for programs, rentals, and events.
